A fitting option for a trip in Pigeon Forge with great value-to-price ratio. Very clean everywhere.

The balcony overlooking the river was nice, a perfect spot for relaxation. The breakfast was limited and not very good. Fishing opportunities were right behind the hotel, which was a plus.

Stuffed with wildlife, you can fish right behind the hotel. Breakfast was pretty basic and could use more variety. Room was clean and comfy enough for a short stay.

Great location and clean rooms. Wi-Fi was spotty, and pool was small.

Our room reeked of an awful odor that felt like someone had smoked inside. The sheets looked questionable, and I’m pretty sure they didn’t even change them.

The views of the river from our room were stunning, and we enjoyed the clean and comfortable beds every night. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when we needed to change our room last minute for more space.
It was on the pricier side, but the overall experience made it worth it.

The room was clean and comfortable, with plush bedding that made for a good night's sleep. The balcony offered a lovely view of the river, and I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. Temperature control was efficient, and the HVAC system was surprisingly quiet. The TV had a wide selection of channels, adding to the comfort. the bathroom floor had sticky spots, and housekeeping skipped our room one day. Parking was adequate, though the front spots were somewhat compact. Breakfast had a decent variety, but some items needed improvement, like the gravy and sausage.

The location is perfect—close to restaurants and shopping. A great value at $100, with clean rooms and comfortable beds. cleanliness wasn’t consistent; the bathroom floor had sticky spots, and we faced towel shortages. The breakfast options were disappointing, with questionable hygiene practices displayed by staff. The noise from the road impacted our enjoyment of the balcony overlooking the river. maintenance issues like the shower spout height and a broken TV light detracted from our experience. It's clear there are areas needing improvement, particularly with housekeeping protocols and amenities. Still, I appreciate the location and would consider returning, hoping for more attention to detail next time.

Comfortable room, comfortable atmosphere with a lovely balcony to enjoy the views and a fireplace to cozy up to during the chilly nights.

The room had heating, which was nice on cooler evenings, but I did notice that the air conditioning wasn't as efficient as I would have liked on warmer days. I appreciated the presence of tea and coffee facilities in the room, although we did run out of coffee for the coffee maker for a couple of mornings during our stay. The sitting area was cozy, and the balcony overlooking the river was a pleasant spot to relax, although the noise from speeding cars detracted from the peaceful atmosphere at times. I was disappointed by the uncomfortable bed in our room and found the pillows to be too firm for a good night's sleep. the shower controls seemed flimsy, and I was concerned they might come off while using them. The carpet in the room was wet from cleaning, which made it uncomfortable to walk around, especially with the thought of damp feet in the bed. In terms of amenities, I missed having a TV guide to easily navigate the channels, and the unreliable wifi was a downside, although it could have been due to weather conditions. The encounter with the front desk staff was not the friendliest, and I was surprised by the unexpected $150 damage deposit requirement during check-in. while the location was convenient and the room was clean, there were several areas that could use improvement. I would consider staying again if these issues were addressed to ensure a more comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Convenient location, but cleanliness was a major issue. Ants in the room and a dirty hideabed made for an uncomfortable stay. The breakfast was mediocre, with tasteless gravy and undercooked sausage, although waffles and toast were decent. Covered parking was a perk during the cold weather. Staff friendliness fluctuated; we felt unwelcome when asking for help. The lack of a safe balcony door was concerning, especially with little ones. Water pressure was weak, and the small TV and musty smell didn’t help. We opted to leave a day early, hoping for a better experience elsewhere.

I loved how easy it was to explore nearby attractions, with places like the Titanic Museum being just over a kilometer away and the thrilling Rowdy Bear Ridge Adventure Park, which is only about 750 meters from the hotel, making my weekend strolls incredibly enjoyable; plus, we had stunning views of the Little Pigeon River right from our balcony, adding a serene touch to our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, ideal for my family, but the sofa could use some updating for a better experience.

The location is great; it only took me 10-15 minutes to reach any destination. The daily room cleaning service without needing to request it was convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the room size was just right, providing a pleasant stay.
Some staff members seemed unfriendly; from the breakfast attendant to the front desk staff, the service lacked warmth.

Walking distance to various attractions, cozy lobby with a fireplace, free basic breakfast. Cons: Loved experiencing an elevator dripping dirty water from a used toilet and staff lying for a laugh.

The location is fantastic. It's a quick hop to anywhere you want to go, and the staff is friendly and helpful during the day shifts.
The breakfast choices are pretty sad, and the seating is limited.

Pigeon River Inn offers a peaceful stay with welcoming staff. Enjoy the delicious breakfast options and a clean, cozy atmosphere. Watching local wildlife like geese and herons is a delightful bonus. Despite a few minor quirks, I'd happily return for the friendly service and lovely views.

Me and my squad hit up Ripley's Aquarium and explored the Smokies – lit vibes all around! We felt like we were in a movie, so much fun!
Would've loved a cool hangout area for the late-night crew to chill and connect with new peeps.

The spacious family suite room was perfect for us, and the friendly housekeeper made us feel at home. It was a comfortable environment for the whole family to unwind and relax.
My wife says that more kid-friendly amenities, like a dedicated play area, would enhance the family experience.

the room was clean and i loved the balcony with a great view of the river and geese. the location was central - near the apple barn and outlets. the staff was super friendly and professional, and i enjoyed the simple breakfast despite the limited low-carb options.
Totally recommend

The river views were serene, and the bed was comfy. The fireplace added to the cozy vibe.
They charged us for a night we didn't stay, and the jacuzzi was grimy; we had to clean it ourselves.

We stayed at Pigeon River Inn in a spacious family suite with a foldout couch. the room had a small table, and we found the breakfast to be basic but well-stocked. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean with a very comfortable bed.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property 😊
